Watersound Origins Community Grows with New Homes + Conveniences in SoWal

Phase V from Kolter Homes

The upcoming Watersound Origins neighborhood in Phase V will feature 40′-, 50′-, and 60′-wide finished lots for new homes designed and constructed by acclaimed builder/developer, Kolter Homes. This gated neighborhood will offer 466 single family homes, all new amenities, and several unique floor plans. The sales center and model park are anticipated to open in the Fall of 2020.

The Pathways neighborhood is 97% sold out with only three new homes remaining! These three custom plans built by Huff Homes offer unique floor plans with quartz countertops throughout, wood floors, under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, solid core doors, upgraded 36” Wolf range, Wolf microwave drawer, Sub-Zero Refrigerator with bottom drawer, Best 30” Chimney vent hood and Asko dishwasher.


The Stillwater neighborhood offers a wide variety of floor plans ranging from the $300s to $1 million+, and builders Huff Homes, Romair Homes, Cole Construction, Dune Construction, and Arkon Construction. New model homes from each builder are under construction with Huff’s new Ficus model home opening in February.

Sacred Heart Healthcare Facility

Located at entrance of the Watersound Origins community, this new Sacred Heart Healthcare Facility is initially planned as a 6,700 square foot multi-specialty ambulatory clinic offering primary care and OB/GYN services. Future plans for the healthcare facility would allow for expansion to 13,000 square feet of space offering additional specialty care services.

Origins Crossings

The 217-unit apartment neighborhood located at the Watersound Origins entrance in now under construction. This joint venture between The St. Joe Company and HomeCorp will bring excellent opportunities for luxury apartment living to Watersound.
