1. Fish Along the Banks of Lake Powell

The Watersound Origins community is located along Lake Powell, a public navigable body of water, and is cradled by barrier beaches and majestic dunes. This rare coastal dune lake is fed by both rainwater and meandering tides creating a perfect spot for freshwater and saltwater fishing. Residents can grab a fishing pole and fish straight from the community dock, kayak, or water’s edge.

2. Kayak and Paddle Boarding

Complimentary kayaks are available to homeowners that want to venture out and explore Lake Powell’s beautiful water views. For the extreme adventurer, you can even kayak or paddle board all the way to the beach at Camp Helen State Park!

3. Play on the Sport Courts
