September brought 96 closings along Scenic Highway 30A and 71 new contracts for both single family homes and condominiums. Two new construction Gulf front developments boosted the condominium market, Thirty One in Seagrove and Costa Blanca in Santa Rosa Beach, with 19 combined closings ranging from $1.795 million to $4.75 million. The highest closing on a single family home was $5.15 million for a Gulf front property in Stallworth Preserve and WaterColor remained the top selling community with 7 sales.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida led the 30A Beaches market in number of transaction sides with 32 sides. A total sales volume of over $26 million was closed in both residential and land sales for the 30A Beaches. Interested in more data?
