November was a steady month for the Destin and Miramar Beach real estate markets with 237 properties closed and 187 new contracts for homes and condos combined. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida recorded over $76 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.
A canal front eleven bedroom home on Holiday Isle was the highest priced property to sell during November in Destin at $3.5 million while the highest priced property to close in Miramar Beach was a five bedroom estate in the Burnt Pine subdivision of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort at $2.4 million.
The highest priced condo sold in Destin was a gulf front three bedroom in St. Thomas at Silver Shells for $2.2 million. A five bedroom gulf front townhome in Delos at Frangista was the top sale in Miramar Beach at $1.499 million.
