The company recorded over $76 million in sales volume across Walton and Okaloosa counties.

An eight bedroom gulf front estate two private pools in the gated Paradise by the Sea neighborhood was the highest single family home to sell at $15.95 million.

The highest priced condo sold was a gulf front four bedroom residence in Thirty-One in Seagrove Beach with over 4,500 square feet and sweeping gulf views at $4.75 million.
