Meet Caroline Wasson
A proud native of New Orleans and an LSU girl to the core, Caroline began her career in the sales and marketing side of radio, ultimately taking a job that brought her to the emerald waters of Destin. After meeting and marrying Chip, Caroline used her experience in sales and management to begin investing in properties in the coastal real estate market, eventually breaking away from radio to begin a career in real estate and start her own company. As motherhood and family life became more of a priority, the path she’d chosen in guiding others to create a home of their own became even more significant, as her deep devotion to faith, family, and community fed into her success as someone truly dedicated to enriching others.

As business grew and Chip became her partner at the real estate firm, Caroline was able to further her growth as an investor, a realtor, and a true member of the community, giving back to those who could benefit from her expertise and her natural compassion by working with youth programs both at her church and with Okaloosa County. Now the proud mother of two thriving teenage daughters and a successful woman with a successful partner in life and in her career, Caroline keeps her focus on the priorities that have led her here, working closely with clients to sell or buy a home, hunt out the perfect investment property, or renovate a house to become the perfect picture of paradise.
